"I felt like the Feldenkrais treatment that Nancy has given me has helped me move forward in my life. At first I thought it was just learning how to move my body better or to learn good balance. The morning after the movement class, I woke up for the first time in years just feeling good all over. No aches. No pains. A very deep restorative sleep. I can't believe the change I have felt in my body since being introduced to the Fekldenkrais method. My balance has been poorly for many years. I now can walk without fear of falling. Also.
